PAYMENT OF DEPOSITS

We kindly ask our guests to pre authorise a deposit of ** in order to secure your booking.

All prices for our food are stated on our menu pages.

We ask that you accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process.

All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website.

As outlined in our Privacy Policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

As availability in the venue is limited and in high demand during peak times.

We ask all our customers to arrive 15 minutes before your booking start time, if you are running late then please let us know. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes from your booking start time. After this time we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your deposit to a later booking. If we have no tables available we will put your deposit towards your bill if you dine with us in the bar area. Deposits are non-refundable if your card is charged.

Bookings that cancel 72 hours prior to their booking date will receive a full refund.

Deposits

All bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit can be used in one of the following ways: Redeemed against a pre-ordered package, or Used on the day as a bar tab to spend on food and drinks.

Use of Deposit

It is the customer’s responsibility to use their deposit while in the venue. If only part of the deposit is spent during the booking, the remaining balance is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled within the stated cancellation period. Once the booking has gone ahead and the deposit has been used (in full or in part), no refund will be issued.

Cancellations

To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made within the agreed cancellation period as outlined at the time of booking. Cancellations made after this period will result in the deposit being retained. By paying the deposit, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.

DAMAGES

We may take a valid debit or credit card in the venue. If there is any damage to the venue we reserve the right to charge the cost of the repairs.
